If you are experiencing difficulties with your Kenneth Cole Connect watch syncing with your phone, please try resetting your watch (you can do this using the following steps: 1) press and hold all 4 buttons at the same time for 5 seconds or until you hear the audible beep; 2) press and hold the top left button for 2 seconds until you see the city code on the screen; 3) press and hold the top left button again for 2 seconds until the time mode shows; you are then ready to reconnect your watch and retry the sync function).
If this does not resolve the issue, please email us at email@example.com with a description of your problem, the name and maker of your phone and the operating system version you are on. We will use this information to work with our app developers to troubleshoot the problem in as timely manner as possible.

WARRANTY & REPAIRS
Most of our timepieces are covered by a limited warranty, which warrants that they are free from defects in materials and workmanship. The following are not covered under warranty: battery, strap/bracelet/band, plating and crystals. Accidental breakage or damage due to normal wear or misuse of the product is not covered under this warranty.excluding normal wear and tear or abuse, batteries, crystals, plating, and straps. Any repair needed that is not under warranty will be at the cost of you the consumer. Proof of purchase and/or original receipt is needed to validate your warranty. This warranty applies to watches purchased in the United States. For watches purchased outside the United States, please contact your authorized dealer for warranty information.

Or you may carefully package your watch and send it via insured parcel post to the address below including the following:
- A copy of your original sales receipt.
- Your printed name, address, phone number, email address and a brief description of the problem.
- A Money Order payable to Precision Time in the amount of $15.00 for processing and handling. If using a Credit Card, be sure to include card number and expiration date on included form found on your warranty.

CLOCKS: WARRANTY, REPAIR AND INFORMATION
Geneva Clock Company has a one-year limited warranty from date of purchase on all alarm clocks, wall clocks, licensed clocks, mantels and specialty clocks. The product is warranted to be free from defects in the material and workmanship under normal use and service. The warranty does not apply to defects from abuse, accidents or misuse. If a defect covered by this warranty arises during the warranty period, promptly return the clock (postage prepaid) with proof of purchase (showing the date of purchase) to the following address:
